- Place a heaped bamboo spoon of matcha in
a bowl, pour 30-50ml of cold water over the powder and stir to form a thick paste. - Then add 100ml of 80°C warm water to the paste and stir with a bamboo whisk to a frothy tea.
- In another container, add 50-100ml of oat milk (alternatively almond or coconut milk). Add 4-5 chopped
strawberries and blend. - Pour the oat-strawberry mixture into a large glass. You can then add the frothed matcha.
- Depending on your preference, you can sweeten the matcha latte
with honey, agave syrup or vanilla syrup.

Our tip:As a garnish, you can mix some finely chopped strawberries with a little lemon juice and powdered sugar.
