Return
Customers have the right to return the goods during 14 days after ordering the goods, provided that the products themselves are in their original packaging, respectively not opened or opened and undamaged. The right of return is exercised by returning the goods, no justification is required.
Costs of the return
The exercise of the right of return leads to the transformation of the purchase contract into a return relationship, according to which the services received under the purchase contract must be refunded. The costs of the return shipment are borne by the consumer.
Refund
After effective receipt and inspection of the goods, provided that they are in perfect condition, the customer will be refunded any purchase price already paid.
Reservation
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the purchase price to be refunded or a non-refund of the same and to issue an additional invoice for possible damage, excessive wear and tear of the goods or, if agreed, costs of sending the goods.
