When you hear Anji, you immediately think of the famous Bai Cha in its elongated twisted shape. But from here comes another highlight, which is quite little known outside China. This delicate Mao Feng is produced a little later from the first 3 leaves, has a very high amino acid content and is therefore extremely fruity and edgy fresh. Also excellent as a cold brew variant. Its cup is floral, mild and sweet.
