The Ceylon Kirkoswald Oolong comes from one of Sri Lanka's most renowned tea gardens, located in the famous Dimbula-Bogawantalawa region. The hand-picked leaves are first traditionally rolled and then fermented for just 25 minutes - a process that gives the tea its special character.
The result is a flowery, sweet and full-bodied oolong, which carries the elegant aroma of high-quality Ceylon teas and at the same time has the depth of a carefully crafted oolong. Its playfully twisted, black to brown-grey leaf underlines the fine craftsmanship behind this specialty.
