The Alexander gin cocktail is a classic that was invented in the early 20th century. In this delicious, creamy tea version, chocolate bitters, malty Keemun, and double cream replace the crème de cacao.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Keemun tea
400 ml of boiling water
20 g dark chocolate
120 ml gin
1 teaspoon of dark chocolate liqueur
3 tablespoons double cream
Preparation:
1. Brew the tea in a teapot with boiling water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
2. Strain the mixture into a pitcher, add the chocolate, and melt it while stirring. Let it cool.
3. Stir the gin, chocolate liqueur, and double cream into the cold tea.
