Hand-picked tea leaves of the Jin Xuan Cultivar. This new style of Gaba Oolong was developed in close collaboration with the Taiwan Tea Research Center. The focus here is on the aroma, which is particularly developed due to cultivation in the middle altitudes. Characteristic is the high content of y-aminobutyric acid (GABA) due to the exclusion of oxygen during the fermentation process . The cup is sweet, long lasting and complex.
