A complex, clear oolong with a top-class floral character. The leaf material, obtained from the Qing Xin Cultivar, comes from a fantastically located tea garden in Shan Lin Xi, which translates as Fir Forest Stream. The area is characterised by its natural diversity of wild flowers, pine forests and bamboo groves. This approx. 30% fermented Oolong rarity convinces with a light and flowery character.
