Sun-ripened, green Pu-Erh from 2020. Unlike the Shu teas, the leaf material is gently pressed after sun-drying and ripens in this state. The leaf material used is carefully selected by hand and artfully arranged for the pressing process.
Leaf: Greenish golden in colour, medium, light tips, pressed flat and round.
Cup: Yellowish, clear, tending towards orange
