Sweet FA Gluten Free is a new range of biscuits created by Island Bakery's Chief Biscuit Engineer Fiona Aitali.... created, hence the name FA! Fiona is a baker extraordinaire and has been involved with our bakery since the very beginning. Since she was diagnosed with coeliac disease, she has dedicated her skills to gluten-free baking. We liked the biscuits she created so much that we just had to put them into production.
They are truly gluten-free biscuits like no others we have ever tasted. A special flour blend (not the sandy rice flour found in many wheat-free baked goods) and generous amounts of delicious additives make for a treat everyone can enjoy. Not only are they gluten-free, they are also vegan, organic and palm oil-free.
