The post-fermentation of the golden buds requires a lot of skill, patience and experience. The post-fermentation averages 80 days and the tea develops a very high intrinsic temperature that must be controlled. Its exquisite infusion is light brown, slightly earthy and it has a fine, creamy finish with a sweet fragrance.
