Für mich eine sehr interessante Alternative zu Tee. Frisches Aroma, welches an geröstete Nüsse erinnert. Ich werde ihn sicher wieder bestellen.

MORE LOOSE-LEAF TEA
Traditioneller japanischer Buchweizentee mit feinen Röstaromen, nussigen Noten und einem Hauch Karamell. Vollmundig, angenehm süsslich und harmonisch – natürlich koffeinfrei und vielseitig geniessbar.
A tea of timeless elegance: Kamairi Sobacha is made from carefully roasted buckwheat grains according to Japanese tradition. Its full-bodied aroma combines sweet nuances with fine, nutty-roasted accents. Delicate notes of caramel and oats give this special herbal tea a warm, harmonious depth.
Caffeine-free & digestible
As a caffeine-free treat, Sobacha is suitable at any time of day - whether as a soothing companion in the morning, a relaxing afternoon tea or a gentle end to the evening.
A source of well-being
In Japan, buckwheat tea has been drunk for generations for its valued properties. It is said to have a regulating effect on blood pressure, a stimulating effect on blood circulation and a high antioxidant content.
Versatile enjoyment in every season
Warming and comforting in winter, refreshing and light in summer - Sobacha is a tea for all seasons. Enjoyed on its own, it reveals its full sophistication, but it also surprises with elegance as a noble base for unusual creations, for example in combination with whiskey or shōchū.
Step 1: Preheat the teapot (optional).
Step 2: Add 3 g of sobacha per 200 ml of water to the pot.
Step 3: Pour in 95 °C hot water and leave to infuse for 30 seconds.
Step 4: Pour into the cups and serve.
Step 5: Infuse several times - the same grains can be used up to three times. A shorter infusion time is recommended for the second and third infusion.
Step 1: Pour 15 g of sobacha per 1000 ml of water into a large teapot or bottle.
Step 2: Pour in 95 °C hot water and leave to cool.
Step 3: Place the cooled tea in the fridge. The grains can remain in the pot or be removed - the tea will not become bitter.
Step 4: Serve well chilled with ice.
