The tea trees in La Cumbre, Valle del Cauca are given deliberately planned periods of rest to preserve their vitality and produce aromatic, balanced leaves. The result is a tea that reflects the special care of its region of origin in every cup.
The Colombian oolong has a black-brown leaf with light-colored tips, partly open, partly twisted, and has a fermentation level of 60-70%.
